JPM Architecture Inc. reconstructed their office on West Street, following its total destruction during the 2011 F3 tornado. Complying with Heritage Goderich and Zoning Bylaws, the original one-story building was replaced with a two-storey, insulated concrete form, structure, in keeping with the historical theme of the West Street Heritage District. This multi-use commercial building is barrier-free accessible, complete with barrier-free thresholds, extra wide doorways, large, barrier-free washrooms and a lift to the second floor unit.
