Renovations and additions transformed this summer cottage into a home for all seasons. A more inviting look, for this single-storey bungalow, and increased functionality for entertaining, both inside and out, were prime objectives. The site included giant oak trees, which were incorporated into the design with cedar decks wrapping around the trees. The interior space was transformed into a warm, inviting atmosphere that brought the outside in. Many large windows and doors allowed for an abundance of natural light, providing a sense of open space and achieving our design base.
