The ERTH Power Operations Hub is a 58,000-square-foot facility located in Ingersoll, Ontario, serving as both the company’s new headquarters and a garage and staging hub. The building includes approximately 22,000-square-feet of garage and vehicle storage space, 13,000-square-feet of indoor staging and warehouse space, and 20,000-square-feet of office space distributed over two storeys.
The facility accommodates administrative offices, a control room, a boardroom, a customer service desk, training rooms, a mechanic’s bay, fleet storage, and file storage areas. The building’s contemporary appearance is achieved through the use of pre-finished metal panels, siding and trim, and stone veneer.
Construction of the new facility will support ERTH Power’s continued delivery of services throughout southwest Ontario.
