The restoration of the Bruce County Museum, specifically the 1878 Museum Tower, was undertaken following a General Review Report prepared by the JPMA team. The review assessed the existing conditions of the tower, the west and south elevations, and an adjacent log cabin. The report identified the scope of immediate remedial work required to allow the removal of construction fencing and hoarding on the west elevation, which had been installed due to dislodged and/or fallen building elements.
