These triplexes are home to 3 residential units in each of the two buildings and consist of one and two-bedroom units. The triplexes were developed on an existing County site and utilized funds from the Ontario Priorities Initiative and the Social Services Relief Fund. The buildings are approximately 2,300 sq. ft. each and are designed per the County’s High Efficiency Building Standard, with accessible for the main floor units.
