This ambitious restoration project consolidated ceiling plaster in-situ. The richly decorated interiors, figurative murals, plaster mouldings, stencilling and symbols were repaired and painted, respecting the original artist’s concept and style. The paint scheme was modified slightly to remove inappropriate colours and symbols to unify interiors. The project was a labour of love and a testament to the Parish.
